Lissa –
The main pillow has NOT EXPANDED the material used to expand the pillow is clumpy and broken up clearly not memory foam it feels like little pebbles inside it’s painful to the chin area due to the clumpy material used inside the main pillow. Absolutely no pain relief on the retina. The height of the pillow even with the 2 level attachments is not adequate for sufficient oxygen intake. The face hole is not wide enough either to get adequate oxygen face down intake it’s been a few days now and no change. This pillow was pertinent to my retina recovery surgery and I cannot use it. Poor product. I will be requesting a full refund. Shame On this company!
Galenus Medical Customer –
Bought for my 24 year old quadriplegic grandson so he was not always laying on his back. It take a bit for myself and husband to get him turned onto it but he will then lay there for a couple hours or more at a timeDid not give much hope for it when I unpacked it, but it did end up full size and firm but soft

I got this at my husband’s insistence for the purpose of doing massage on one another. We can just set it up on the side of the bed that’s away from the wall and take turns laying on it to massage one another. It’s comfortable, and almost immediately relaxing, having a face cradle pressing on the forehead, and there is plenty of room to breathe through, plenty of ventilation, even pressed up against a headboard of the bed. But it does torque the neck backwards a little, which is fine for a short massage session, but I’m not sure how it would be to sleep on.
