Highly recommend this sturdy, stable electric scooter that is surprisingly ultra lightweight which makes it perfect to take everywhere! Easily folds up to fit in the back seat! The battery is long lasting & adjustable speed provides independence and flexibility to keep pace with family and friends on indoor and outdoor adventures! Super easy assembly, and easy, lightweight charging cable is portable. I highly recommend this gem of an independence scooter!

I get around my house so easily! I have a tight corner in my hall way leaving my room this wheelchair is made just for that! The speed is awesome as well! the battery life lasts so long too! its foldable and its kind of heavy be cause of the battery but it is very easy to move

It has a sleek and classy design, a light weight detachable battery and is maneuverable in tight spaces. It folds down and can fit in my roomy trunk, but the rear wheels are large and do not rotate to flatten down, since a motor is attached to each rear wheel. After testing this on longer distances outdoors, on city streets, it has moments when it seems to lose power and almost stops, then recovers with a burst of speed. This happens indoors or outdoors on smooth, textured or bumpy terrain and indoors riding along a long, even stretch. I discovered this, just after its becoming is my go-to for commuting. It also requires assistance getting it in and out of my vehicle, despite being 150 pounds lighter than my other power chair. So much for independence. So far, it has gone the distance on some commuter trips. Its rear pocket holds the charger, so it can be recharged on the go. Loosing power momentarily, although fully charged, is a concern. There are similar chairs that fold more compactly. I opted for the Just Hero brand because of its speed. The more compact chairs in its class, have max speeds of only 3.3- 4 miles per hour, being as slow as, or slower than some grocery handicap carts. If not for loosing power this could be a 5 star.

This day 47 of owning this chair. It worked fine up until day 46. My daughter doesnt even use it everyday. Galenus Medical cant help you after day 30. You have to contact the company via email. Tech support is email. My 19 disabled daughter saved her money for this chair because she was tired of her big bulky Quatum chair. I have no recourse other than leaving a review. Were now stuck with 700.00 travel chair.*update. Once I reached out to manufacturer, via email (theyre in china) they were very responsive. They worked with me through the WhatsApp. The chair needed a new arm controller. The sent a replacement, free of charge and it was received after a couple days. The chair works fine. It back up and operational. Ive updated stars. If it last more than a month. Ill update it again
