This is a great wheelchair for a great price, and arrived real quick as well so far I love everything about it

My husband was in need to get around as he shattered his ankle and was not allowed to put weight on it for several months. We were using a regular smaller travel wheelchair for him to get around. That meant me pushing when we left our home. Inside the house he had to struggle using his good leg to push himself around. My husband is a big guy and 82 yoa SOI saw this electric wheelchair on Galenus Medical, same body size as the one he was using only it’s motorized and reasonably priced. It was delivered built, just little things that needed to be done to complete safety operation. I can lift it into our vehicle. It’s about 60 lbs. it’s great. The joystick is very sensitive and requires thinking when in use, just takes practice. And there was no paperwork with the chair. That’s our only complaint. Very easy and we are happy.
Scott Parker –
Upon first opening the box I was truly surprised by how little packaging there was. There were several loose parts in the box that I cannot figure out where they go due to no manual or any type of paperwork. As for the chair, it’s basically a wheelchair so buy a seat cushion. While using be very careful because it doesn’t stop very quickly, I ran into a couple things while using it at the store. The chair is a little heavier than though it would be. There isn’t any assembly required either for attaching the gray and orange seat cover. I bought it for traveling so it will fit the bill for that and is a great value for that.

Love it. Works great. It’s only 66 pounds so I can lift it into the hatch of our SUV. Easy to assemble. Didn’t even need the directions since there’s only 3 things to connect. It talks which is the only annoting thing as I haven’t figured out why the Mute button doesn’t mute the voice. Wifey said it’s very confirtable and on e she gets the hang of the proportional joystick she can stop running into the walls and over the dogs.

Delivery was later than expected due to the winter storm. The box arrived with a small dent in it. Upon opening the box si discovered that one of the 2 batteries attached to the chair had been broken off. I emailed customer support to send a new battery because there is no phone number to call. They replied asking for photos. I sent the ones attached here along with my mailing address. An entire week later and it’s been radio silence. They did not acknowledge my 2nd email or the 3rd or 4th. I managed to secure the broken battery pack to the back of the chair in a bag and could still use the wheelchair while I “thought” I was waiting on the replacement part.Pros: It gets around really good. Super Easy assembly. A few items like the anti-tilt wheels and the joy stick needed to be snapped on. A single charge lasts forever, but only takes like 5 hours to fully charge. The charger itself changes color to let you know it’s fully charged. I was able to navigate multiple types of terrain while I used it, grass, concrete, carpet, gym floor and a small incline hill. The multiple speeds give you options to navigate crowds and the slim design gets you through narrow doorways and walkways. The manual brakes and lifting arm rests are good for moving into and out of the chair. It is super compact and folds up like a regular chair and fits in the back trunk of a sedan.Cons: This thing is heavy. The chair itself requires upper body strength the lift it into the back trunk of any vehicle. The 2 batteries are what make it heavy. You can only reach customer service by email which has been unresponsive.I’m Returning the wheelchair because the seller hasn’t replied to my broken battery request. So I have no way of knowing if they’re going to replace it. I’m not waiting until the 30 day return window to find out if their customer service is going to replace the part that was broken on arrival.I gave it 3 stars because it’s a comfortable chair that gets around great. If it hadn’t arrived broken and if the seller had responded and sent the replacement, I would have given it a 4 only due to the heavy weight of the chair.
