I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis & am almost completely disabled. My arms, legs, feet, & hands don’t work very well at all. I can’t walk very far, I can walk into a pharmacy, drop off a prescription, walk out & have to go home & rest to be able to do my “daily chores”. This helps me so much when going some place.

Well this sucks ! I paid almost $700.00 for a portable power chair that is totally junk ! I bought this chair the charger was broken and the chair don’t turn on ! So today Thanksgiving Dat 2024 while others enjoy time with their families I’m stuck home because I cannot reach anyone for this chair , no customer service or support!

The chair is definetly not lightweight and the charger is missing. How do I get the charger for it?

The customer support team has been outstanding 👏 After I reached out with my concerns regarding the refund experience, they went above and beyond to make the whole transaction better. I am appreciative they listened to this customer and lessened the burden.Dealing with this vendor was difficult. The wheelchair itself was ok, not too easy to maneuver in tighter spaces and it didn’t work for my dad so i had to return it. They wouldn’t refund it until I reached out to complain, and i didn’t get the full amount that I paid refunded. Shipping was extremely expensive!
