11/18/2022: Through rain, and sleet, and snow… Still going strong. This is one of my life-savers. Not a moment of regret.10/9/2021: Originally purchased 7/27/2020 and used it all summer into fall until the rains came. Came apart very easily to store for the rainy part of fall and into winter, then back out in the spring once the rain stopped. It’s not perfect, but it is very good. It is a bit short on leg room, which is the main drawback, but the battery is very good. If running on a rocky surface or in the grass it doesn’t hold a charge as long, but still very usable. It has saved me so many times now that I have trouble walking. Very thankful for my Phoenix.Almost time to put it away again because, for me, the battery is a challenge to put in and take out due to having to remove the seat every time. That’s the hardest part for me since I have no help. I like to put it in once and charge it in place until my usage season is finished. Very handy having a charging port on the tiller as well as on the battery. I charge it weekly per the instructions and never more than 24 hours. Definitely a great purchase. I got mine sold by and shipped from Galenus Medical and I’ve never regretted my decision.

David has just had the scooter for about a week now. He loves the power. He was concerned about it being smaller than his last one, an Odyssey, but finds that he can maneuver this one easier and get into more places with it. We live on an acre and he is able to get everywhere. He does have to be careful not to hit the small wheels on the back. We have a ramp going up to the trailer and he has no problem getting up or down the ramp. David is 6′ and weighs 190 and this scooter is just fine for him. I have breathing problems so have been mostly confined to the house. I am getting one so I can go out and around the yard, get mail, etc also. David with MS and me, old and with breathing problems had no trouble putting it together. They delivered up right on the front deck where we could unpack and assemble. I highly recommend this scooter.

Order was filled promptly. Everything was in the box. Customer Service was fast and efficient when UPS left the scooter in the lobby instead of bringing it up on the elevator. It was delivered a day early, so when it was brought to the door the very next day, they delivered on time. Although the assembly instructions were easy to read, the pictures were reprints and some details on the pictures hard to discern. The scooter operates fine. However, for a heavy duty scooter the foot rests is a little close, even with the seat set at the highest level. I saw an earlier question asking if this scooter has a swivel seat… it does not. The arms lift up so you can get seated after stepping over the floorboard. This is a very efficient and easily assembled scooter for the price.
