This transfer board works great. It’s lightweight and can hold like 350 pounds. Has some slots on board to hook to wheelchair.

This curved transfer board makes it safe and easy to transfer from a wheel chair to other seated locations, such as a car seat, couch, chair, or even a toilet seat. It features cut outs and textured surfaces to ensure that it remains in place while transferring. The curved design allows it provide a more a safer transfer path while providing full support. It is quite large, but will easily fit in a car trunk or closet when not in use.
