We bought this wheel chair for my father because of the lightweight and foldable ability. My dad is 6 foot with very long legs. The chair was too small for him and therefore uncomfortable. We packed it up and shipped it back. I have proof from UPS that the chair was delivered and the company says that they did not receive it! This has been in litigation with Discover Card for almost a year with no resolution. Beware!!!

I bought this chair for my 92 year old FIL. He can operate it easily in low speed and with it being lightweight, it’s easy for me to get it in and out of the car to take him to church. His only complaint is the beeping noise in reverse. It’s not exactly appropriate if he needs to use the restroom during services. I have not figured out a way if it can be disabled.?? Otherwise it serves It’s purpose and had helped his mobility.

Chair has a tendency to jerk about 25 degrees to the right when moving at slow speed. everything else about it is fine and I use extreme caution when in a crowded environment

Workmanship is awful ,welded pieces rough, not sturdy, travels too fast, controller cheap and hard to regulate speed. Not comfortable to sit on.Worst thing I ever purchased. Way to pricey for what I received.Do not do business with this brand.Buyer be ware.

Love the ease of operation, though I did chip the plaster learning to drive. It’s too heavy for me to take outside and load in the car but for running from couch to kitchen to laundry room to bathroom it’s perfect. Battery holds good charge. Turning radius is great.

if anything goes wrong with the chair, and it eventually will, don’t expect any help from customer service even if you are able to reach them.i bought the chair within the last year. worked well enough for a few months and then one of the wheels started to make a grinding noise and lose power. then the other one did the same and now neither work at all.made contact with customer support and was told to send a video. i explained it made no sense to send a video of the chair standing still with non-functioning motors. she said she would consult her supervisor.a week or so later, with additional back and forth, she said it was covered under the warranty and that they would be sending me new motors at no cost. more communication when they did not arrive and another month passed.finally, i was told that the supervisor had reviewed the situation and approved the claim again. customer support person said that an order had been placed for delivery and supplied a tracking number. i checked with usps and was told that they received the order but with no package to be sent.another week or so goes by. i contacted customer support again and was told that the motors were not in stock and it would take up to, as much as, a month and a half to get them from china.i keep asking for an update and another two weeks go by with no response.i don’t like to tell people what to do but let me ask you this, would you buy something from a company that treats its customers like this?check out the other customer reviews before you push the buy button. their customer support appears to be a well trained stalling tactic hoping to wear you down so you will go away. it has been over three months now.

This wheelchair is lightweight and easy for me to lift into my SUV for my husband’s use. It will be much easier to travel with than the previous heavy scooter he had. He is very happy with it. The controller will take a little time to get used to. We would recommend this to others.

This seems to have no speed adjustment. No way to slow the chair down. Following instructions do no good.

Not to heavy to load and unload for a 70 year old female for her 72 year old husband with one leg. He did have to practice with toggle switch. This chair goes!

It saves space and works good. The only thing is that it needs to be for tall people. 5’10 and taller. Great product
