For 15 years my husband and I have used this pillow for adequate neck support. Recommended by my chiropractor. We only use the smaller side. But, I have learned I need to replace them yearly. I bought this pillow because my core pillow was starting to wear out after about 10 years of use. I bought another core or because I thought I would get the same quality as I did the first time. But this certainly isn’t half of the first pillow I purchased in quality. It is a big disappointment. I’ve had it for a year now and ever since the beginning it’s been curled. It just curls up. I do not know what happened to the company but they are not what they used to be. Shop around before you buy a cervical pillow. There must be something better out there somewhere.
