It is a very comfortable pillow .At first I was worried that it was very low . It is , but for some reason it worked for me.Now I’m using it with another pillow under and I will keep it that way .

I find this pillow generally comfortable and like the shape, but I’m disappointed with the cooling claims made by the manufacturer. The pillow features a gel designed to transfer heat away, but in my experience, the gel actually becomes quite warm. Rather than cooling, it feels like the pillow traps heat, especially in the areas where the gel is placed, leading to a sweaty head.I was really hoping the gel would provide the cooling effect that some other ventilated pillows do, but instead, it feels like a hot pillow. The gel may conduct heat well, but before it can do that, it first absorbs the heat generated by your head, and in those contact areas, it simply feels warm—not cool. If you’re looking for a pillow that keeps your head cool, I’d suggest looking into other options with better ventilation.

The cooling is great, but the rest falls flat. It’s not thick enough to support me, yet too thick to use with a second pillow. There’s no way to put a pillow case over it and retain its functionality. It looks awkward on the bed. It does flex some, but it doesn’t hold its shape well. Overall, it didn’t make sleeping with my CPAP easier, it just made getting ready for bed more cumbersome. I’m sorry I spent the money.
