It for sure does what it’s supposed to do but I feel like I have to lay facing the ceiling and I shouldn’t lay on my side. I used it one full night and shortly after that I have been dealing with severe pain in my neck & shoulder. I thought maybe I slept wrong but weeks later and I cannot turn my head or do much else. I will try it again to see if it makes the pain worse. If it does, I will not use it again. I hope I can use it.
