The support this pillow provides is unparalleled. It cradles my neck perfectly, offering just the right amount of firmness without being too rigid. I wake up each morning without the usual stiffness and pain that I used to experience with other pillows. I really like that you can wash the cover (breathable material), you could use another pillow cover over the one it comes with. The pillow is also very clean and doesn’t smell at all!
