I love this item. I saw it at the chiropractor, & I decided to buy it. Once I get up in the morning, I feel my neck in pain. So, I use this traction. I put it on my closet door, then I stick my neck under the thin line & square. I repeat about 3x. I feel my sinuses open thru my mouth.

This device absolutely works but you need to know how to use it. It comes with instructions but if you don’t have much experience or any at all with this type of device, I would ask a healthcare professional on some guidance if you’re unsure. It does tell you to start off with 20% of your body weight. However, I would just start off real slow if you don’t have someone to get advice on this or are a bit intimidated. This really does make a difference. You just need to gradually work yourself up to it. This device seems high quality and will last. It’s fairly simple to set up. I used to work in physical therapy so I am familiar with this and know how to use them.

There arent tons of easy ways to get a good stretch on your neck and these do a great job. We have used similar products from other companies and have definitely found some for cheaper.
