I’ve had neck issues for a very long time. I’ve tried other cervical traction devices that use an air pump. However, I like this one because it comes with an electric pump instead, which is USB-C rechargeable. What’s so great is that once you’ve pumped air into the cervical traction device, you can disconnect the electric air pump. This way, you can walk around without holding onto the electric air pump.My only suggestion is to put the neckpiece to the front instead of the side, as I found it difficult at times (especially initially) to attach it to the hook. I contacted the company and was told that they’re re-optimizing the mold. It’s great to have a company that listens to the customer’s suggestions and is very responsive as well.Otherwise, it is a well-designed device for adjusting posture and cervical spine. I’ll be using it daily for a long time to come.

This is comfortable to wear and not too difficult to slip on. Operating the device is straightforward and simple to follow along with. It’s effective but, takes time to find your sweet spot. It fits ok and helps me when I wear it.

Until now I had one of those multiple donut put up strtchers to help relax and separate my cervical joints.I had whiplash from being rear ended a few years ago and the old one helped.
