This memory foam pillow is a really nice addition to the home and work. It’s compact, as others have noted, but I was prepared for that and find it fits my needs perfectly. The memory foam initially feels firm but molds to support my neck or back comfortably, whether I’m lying down, sitting in a chair, or using it as a small pillow. The removable and washable cover is a great feature for keeping it clean easily as well. All in all, it provides excellent body support and I’m quite happy with its performance. Would definitely recommend it!

This neck roll is the perfect thickness, length, and density for me. I am a female with an uncomfortable straight neck, bulging disks, and torn tissue along the sub-occipital region, with occipital neuralgia flaring up weekly. I spend at least 30 minutes a day using such a cervical pillow, and this one fits the bill nicely. The memory foam gently conforms to my neck, while still giving a good amount of support, without putting unnatural pressure on my spine. I like that there is a zippered cover so I can wash it, and it is soft and cozy. I’m happy with this purchase & consider it a good bargain.(Added note: after using the pillow for weeks, I’ve found it to be very soft. I’ve read reviews that say it’s firm until it warms up,but that has not been my experience. The 5″ compresses very, very easily to 1/5 to 2″. I’m still happy with it, but would prefer slightly firmer for a cervical roll.)

I saw a few comments here, and I’d like to give credit where credit is due. Yes, it is small. It is 11 3/4 inches long by about 5 inches wide. It does make it hard to stabilize under your neck or back, at least at first.HOWEVER, you’ll notice I gave it 4 stars – more appropriately, it should be about 4.5 stars. It does do the trick. It looks nice, feels nice, and is firm. Once you do get it into a nice position, it does stay where it needs to. I’m not a tiny person – at 6′ 1″ and 208 pounds, my neck is not tiny, and nor is my back. The pillow fits, it does do its job nicely. Bigger, and it may be unwieldy. I can prop up my lower back while sitting in bed, and fit it behind my neck when I sleep at night.
