I’ve been in constant pain for 6+ months while waiting for insurance to approve Level 2 ACDF surgery. I’ve bought a variety of pillows but nothing has helped reduce the pain or allow me to sleep through the night. Until now! It’s comfy and supportive in all the ways you would expect. My only issue really is the material isn’t that breathable so I get hot at night. But it’s good quality, and I would recommend it.
