i have a large bed with at Tempur-Pedic mattress. Placing the frame under their mattress has resulted in a versatile platform to aid in getting out of bed. Works well!

The AUVON Bed Rail came as stated the next day and in good condition. I put it under my mattress and it has been a life saver to get in and out of bed. According to my OT, no one uses the strap but I keep it nearby in case I may want to use it. I have been using my pocket for my book since I read at night. So, I recommend this product.
