I bought this for a pinched nerve in my neck that I’d had for weeks, and it made sleeping difficult. After a couple of nights with this pillow, my pain was significantly improved. I really didn’t expect the pillow to make a significant impact, but I was happily surprised. I still use it, just because it’s comfortable, and I’ve had it for a few months now. I tend to use the higher curved side, and it’s comfortable on my back or my side. I even bought one for my mom about a month ago, because she uses a CPAP, and the headgear can get uncomfortable at night when the pillow moves or bunches up. She said it’s given her a good night’s sleep since she started using it. Mine has retained its shape thus far, so it seems pretty durable. I also keep it in a pillowcase, in addition to the zip cover it came in, just to make my washing easier. I think this pillow is a great value for the money, compared to the pricier options out there.
