I looked at a few of the more inexpensive pedal exercisers but they didn’t seem as sturdy. I’m glad I decided on this one because it turned out to be very sturdy and it’s easy to set the tension and meter and keep it in view while exercising. I also like that it is easy to grip and move from room to room and best of all, it is noiseLESS!! The only con is that it does not grip the floor and moves a bit when the tension is high, however they all seem to have this issue; this one does come with a strap that can be used around a chair to keep it in place while using it. My husband who had knee surgery a fe w months ago finds it very useful in strengthening his leg, and even me, on my off gym days find that I can get a good sweat after 20 to 30 minutes at high tension. This is definitely a good buy.

Great machine! Saves time and money to join a gym. Works well and you can adjust the resistance, had a timer as well. Ortho approved for low impact exercise as using to build up strength in my knee for surgery.

Only used a couple of times. The programs and adjustments don’t change unless pedals turn. But seem to work fine.
