Got this for a bed ridden relative. While this works well for the design, it doesn’t work for their queen bed. Part overhangs onto the spouses side. Setup is pretty easy.. Seemed to be comfortable and should help prevent bedsores. Wish it worked for their bed.

Dual valve pump was nice and quiet. Unfortunately, it did NOT vary the air pressure, nor did it stop pumping once desired air pressure was reached. Also, no way to just fill the mattress pad & disconnect the pump, as there are no valve plugs included.Returning product for refund.

I’m using this for someone about 215lbs on a hospital bed. The hooks on the back of the pump mount and hang right on the bed. It came in a compact box and it’s easy to lay out and setup. Very easy to adjust depending on the support needed because of the weight of the person. It is easy to clean. The pad itself makes a little noise when moving on it, so we put a sheet over the padding. There is a little noise from the machine when it’s changing the air in areas.
