Once this is setup it really helps after an upper body injury or surgery. Getting the mattress out of the way it’s quite easy to set this up. The straps really help the whole thing stay in place. Very sturdy and it didn’t shift at all while using it. If you are going to need something like this I do recommend it.

I came across this product after looking for something compact, yet sturdy, as a safety measure for my mom while she slept. As an avid “mover” in her sleep, I was concerned for her safety when it came to her falling out of her bed. The expandable railing offers great protection, and also an assist when it comes to helping her get out of the bed. A great product and easy to assemble!! Highly recommend!!

My wife underwent surgery for disks and vertebrae that were rubbing against each other. This railing helped give her some support after surgery as she recovered. We had been worried about her falling out of the bed.
