Bought the chair specifically for when we travel. I can’t keep up with the kids with my physical issues and I don’t what them to have to push me. The previous chair we had only had one battery and it died while at a theme park. It was horrible. This chair used the whole first battery and I only had to switch to the second battery on the walk home. We went from 7:30am-6pm. That’s a long lasting battery!The back up beeping I could do without, but that’s fine. It’s not too loud. It was reasonably priced at $899 for 2 batteries. The speed could be faster for my liking, but I was the normal persons fast pace walking speed. I guess that is fine enough. The turn radius is great. I was able to back up in small elevators easily. Folding up the wheelchair was easy. When we got to the gate at the airport, we just asked them to put it in the closet in the plane because it folded so small (Flew on Delta). That was so wonderful!!! If you are going to try to charge both batteries at night you need two chargers, so get a second. And if you are sitting in it all day for several days, maybe get a seat pad. It’s thin to fold up small but not super comfy. I highly reccomend this chair it was great!

I bought this chair before our month-long vacation for those long outings that are such a misery for my back and hips. This chair is such a life saver! A single battery lasted all day and it was never necessary to switch over to the spare battery. And the chair is so zippy and maneuverable. Crowded shopping areas weren’t a problem maneuvering between all the people. We did have a small issue, but a single phone call to the company fixed it quickly. Although the power was off, the battery would drain down overnight. The company quickly sent us another controller unit and it was fairly simple replace. That fixed the problem. Here is my assurance: You cannot go wrong buying this electric wheelchair!

This is my first wheelchair and I’ve been putting off buying one because of the price. However, my husband and I had planned a trip to Vegas and I didn’t think I could walk as far as I needed to. I used it up and down the strip for 10 hours on one battery. The battery lasts a very long time and it comes with two. It is easy to fold up and set up for use. The weight is manageable for a single person, especially if you remove the batteries before lifting. The top speed is jogging speed for a typical person. These is a learning curve as the controls are touchy, but after a day, I was able to maneuver it accurately. It is reasonably comfortable, but if you are going to sit in it for a while, I would recommend a separate pillow as there is not much cushioning.

Orderd for my 83 yr old mother. Not sure if we are keeping it yet, she’s struggling with learning to operate it even the help of PT. Might be good for this age group if they pick up new things easily. I think it’s okay and can operate it fine, however it is very touchy. The weight isn’t bad and it folds up nice and comes with two long lasting batteries.

1. The wheel chair WC, folds easily and slides into the back of our SUV. The weight is minimal. We did not want a large motor chair that depended on a rack to be installed onto the back of our SUV.2. The battery operated WC can be navigated easily by the user at the end of arm rest. Multiple options asleft turn, right, speed options, back up with sound beeping a warning.3. This WC has two batteries which enable a 20 mile distance before recharging is needed.4. If needed a Manuel option allows for user to be pushed as needed.5. Weight limits are 240lbs.6. Arm rests can be lowered as needed.7. Foot rests can be easily lifted up by user to be able to stand if applicable or pushed back down after sitting.8. If using the Galenus Medical store card, monthly notes for X months allows for interest free options. This allows for payoff of WC under a year.9. Also, if using your store card a 5% cash back is significant.10. The WC arrives in box and 90% put together. This was also a major plus for this particular WC.

It’s comfortable and shocks make rides easier, it’s lightweight and folds easily. I’ve taken it on 3 cruises in 3 months, it’s basically still new. My only negative is the batteries. If they sit a week after being fully charged, they are dead when you go to use the chair.You have to make sure to charge both batteries the day before, and they take a long time to charge, 8+ hours. I’ve never had lithium batteries lose a charge so fast and I follow all the instructions. So far great chair but bad batteries. Either the chair has bad batteries when i got it or they are just cheap batteries in it. I did fully charge them when I first got it, they were dead on arrival.
