Wheelchair performs well. I haven’t had a chance yet to determine how long battery actually lasts. Even through wheelchair state 360 pounds, if your waist size is more than 50 inches it might be uncomfortable if you use chair full time. My waist size is 54 inches, and it is a tight fit but i only plan on using it on cruises or when traveling by airplane. This will be the case for any wheelchair with 18 inch seat. You can use extensions to increase the width, but the company doesn’t recommend their use. Wheelchair remote is very easy to use and turns on a dime. This is my first powered wheelchair and was easy to learn how to use. Only downfall is that it doesn’t fit a large person comfortably. If cost is an issue, and chair will only be used for short time frame it might work for you if you don’t mind some discomfort due to your size. Chair meets my needs based on cost. Chair appears to be well made and from what I can tell, I can’t see any difference between how this chair is made vs models that cost 2x as much. It folds up and down easily. It is heavy and bulky through, but most of these chairs probably are. 2 people will make it easier to put into a vehicle. I haven’t tried speeds past gear 2, but gear 1 and 2 are plenty fast. Will update this review once I have been able to use it outdoors to see how it performs.update. Finally was able to use it. Used it for 3 days, 5 to 6 hours each day outside on power level 2 which was fast enough. Used it at zoo, SeaWorld and botanical gardens. Recharged it every day, but every day still had 3 green lights still lit up. Only difficult time was when i was on a slope that was sloped upwards and slightly sloped to the side, figured out that i had to increase power to maneuver. I figure if it still had 3 green bars after 5 or 6 hours, i am pretty that it would have made it the whole day at Seaworld. It is definitely not light, depending on upper body strength it could be a challenge for 1 person, but this would be an issue with any power wheelchair. Dont know if its more to weight or due to size and bulkiness. I did install expanders to increase the width between the arms and it worked. Although I wouldn’t recommend during exercises using the arms to push oneself up and down if you expanders, due to bolt may not go in as far as original bolt. If you choose to do this, do at your own risk. It will not fit through a cruise ship door with expanders, you will have to fold it up and carry it in sideways. It works for me as I still have use of my legs. I just have breathing issues and out of shape. When i purchased this chair it was rated for 360 pounds, now its rated for 340. I weigh 370 and it worked for me. I don’t expect to get 25 miles per charge, i am just expecting it to last 10 hours in a park or on a cruise. I would definitely recommend this chair for someone weighing 340 and you can fit within 18 inches in width in chair. I can’t recommend expanders as manufacturer doesn’t recommend them. I really liked how the chair operated vs my portable scooter. My scooter will only last 5 hours, doesn’t maneuver as well either and not sure it will fit in a cruise ship room (never been on a cruise, just doesn’t look like it will fit from pictures of room).Battery only lasted 5 hours of continuous use at level 2. I do weigh 365, so i wasnt expecting 25 miles but it definitely wont make it all day at an amusement park. I suspect none of the portable wheel chairs will fair any better especially for the price.

I have been using a manual wheelchair on and off for over a decade. After a surgery in 2017 I had been needing to use the chair 24/7 when I was out and about. I didn’t really have a problem with the manual chair, but a planned vacation made give some thought to an electric chair. After doing a couple weeks of research, readingg reviews, and comparing features, I decided to settle on this Convyu electric chair. The chair came mostly fully assembled, and was easy to open and get setup. The only thing I really needed to do was choose which side I wanted the controls on and attach them.I needed a chair that had a battery life that would last through an entire day of usage around the city. I was pleasantly surprised with the battery life in this chair. It comes with two that are used simultaneously which allows for longer distance usage. I charged it to full when I received the chair and even used it a few times to go around the neighborhood, just so I could get a feel for the controls before going in my trip. It made it through the entire first day today of my trip to DC without needing another charge. I charged up the batteries that night and it lasted me the rest of the weekend. It was nice to be able to leave the chair in the car and just bring the batteries in to charge (they send the attachment for the charger that allows this, which is nice).I found the chair controls a bit touchy when I first started using it, but realized that it just takes a little practice to be able to control it smoothly. They recommend using power levels 1-2 inside and 3-5 for outdoors. To be honest, I never really needed to go past level 2 to keep pace with my daughter (who has a fairly quick walking speed). Most of the time I stayed in level 1, only really needing to use 2 or 3 if I was trying to get across an intersection quickly or over sloped or uneven terrain. It handled well, even on sidewalks that could’ve used some care (I didn’t have any issues with getting stuck where tree roots had caused the bricks to come up and/or start getting wavy, or where there where equivalents to potholes in the sidewalk concrete). The chair was easy to close and open, however, there’s really nothin that holds the chair closed once it is folded up. If it is picked up the wrong way it will open back up, so I would suggest using something like a dog collar or some type of strap to hold it closed if you feel this may be a problem for you. When it’s open, there’s just a little lever on the back that you press that allows it to fold up. Very easy!I will say, that it is advertised as “lightweight,” and in comparison to traditional electric chairs that weight upward of 100+ pounds, this chair is considered lightweight. It does weight approximately 70 pounds with the batteries in place, so keep that in mind. If you are looking for something that can be easily lifted and tossed into a vehicle with one hand, I would say you will probably have a hard time finding an electric chair like that. However, I WILL say that at 70 pounds, my daughter IS able to fold and lift this chair into the back of my truck (I drive an FJ Cruiser, so it’s not exactly low to the ground), and she can do it on her own without issue. I am still looking into a portable ramp that will allow me to load it myself as well so that I can travel and use this chair without needing the additional help to load and unload.Overall, I was really impressed with this electric chair. I am glad I chose to purchase this one after all of the research I had done. The price point was a little more than some but a lot lower than most that I had looked at. The features it offered were what I needed. So far, it has lived up to my expectations and beyond!
