I sent back a 4 wheel, 17.5lb Walkmate rollator and got this one instead. It appears that it will work perfectly for me. I’m traveling to Europe and there will be many walking tours. The all terrain tires on this should go over cobblestones and rough areas easily. I can get it up and down stairs because it is only 10.5 lbs. I fold it, tuck it under one arm like a crutch, and hang on to the railing with the other hand. I was unable to get the 4 wheel, 17.5lb rollator up and down stairs. This 3 wheel has a smaller “footprint” and is far less bulky than the 4 wheel. I would not hesitate to take it inside old valuable buildings. With the 4 wheel, I would always be afraid of bumping into something valuable.Putting it together was not difficult, but it did take some figuring out. You should probably watch the video. I like the big adjustment “wheels” rather than the “umbrella buttons.” They are much easier to use. This 3 wheel model does not have as many adjustments as the 4 wheel model. Only the handles are adjustable up and down. The seat is a comfortable height for me but it, and the wheels, are fixed in one position. The rollator appears to be sturdy and well made, with nice even welds. The are no sharp edges. The strap on the seat making the rollator fold or lock, takes a little practice. Once it is folded, however, it does not drift apart like the 4 wheel. Once folded it will not roll, even a few feet, so you have to pick it up or drag it.Besides being a walking aid, it is a portable chair. The seat is not especially comfortable but it supports your bottom and gets the weight off your legs. I would not use it to sit at a table at a restaurant, but it will be very welcome when the tour guide stops to point out this or that. The basket underneath can hold a ton of stuff. Just remember that it makes it a little difficult to fold and you have to drag the extra weight up and down stairs. Suggest you use it just for a light jacket, a bottle of water and sunglasses. I would not put a purse or valuables in it.This three wheel model will not work for everyone. A friend told me that her husband cannot use three wheels because he has balance issues and tends to go over. For balance problems, or if you are a big heavy person, you will just have to make the 4 wheel one do.Suggest you get a zip closed cover for it with a handle. You can check it at the airport counter as you are boarding and not get charged a bag fee, and you can still have your 2 carry-ons. I checked with the airline on this. A cover will keep it from getting scratched or from catching the brake cables on something. (If you buy too many souveniers the bag can always be used as extra luggage, although without the rollator in it you will be charged extra.)

Well built, able to comfortabally support full upper body weight. Seat served it purpose as I was able to sit when needed. I do wish it came with a pad for the seat. Assembly was easy, brakes worked well. Used (among other places), airport up to the cabin door, inside of a cruise ship, no problems with maneuverability in the tight confines of a cruise ship. The zipper for the lower compartment could use a little bit of work, this was not a great importance to me. What was VERY important to me was the seat, I AM NOT SLIM. Not great for a LONG SIT, but worked well for short sits. Also it was VERY EASY to collapse, simply a gentle pull upwards on the seat strap, which disengages the locking pin. Outwards SNAP Re-engages the locking pin. All of my doubts vanished after the second day (during a 14 day use period). Very pleased with the ease of use durability etc. It is EXTREMELY light weight, easy lift using with 1 hand. TIP (for air travel) EITHER tape the 3-locking KNOBS to he frame, or purchase a travel bag or ask the airline to put in a plastic bag before putting it in BELLY of the place, none of the 6 airlines allowed it INTO the cabin. The included CANE mount came in very handy and was often used. I would purchase this 3 – wheel WITH SEAT again, with out hesitation. I WAS NOT COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY FOR THIS REVIEW!

Great little 3 wheel walker which includes a canvas seat and large storage below. I’m very petite (4′ 9″) and I’m very satisfied with the size of this walker. It looks very stylish and great for getting through tiny or crowded spaces. It’s very light weight compare to my older walker. I can manage this one without assistance. The lock on the walker is a little tricky. My tip: Have the walker partially closed and open quickly with a quick jolt to the open position to lock the seat, and the lock will lock like its suppose to. The tab for the lock on the seat says pull to lock but it didn’t work most of the time even when my husband was helping me. I have very little strength and couldn’t get the seat to lock. The instructions didn’t work as directed but I tried it my way and it was much easier. I was ready to send it back until I tried this method. Also, someone mentioned that the front wheel was wonky and stubborn but mine moves smoothly going in different directions. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.By the way, make sure to always lock the brakes when sitting on the seat. It will protect you from rolling and tipping over. The seat is on the small side but wide. Most walkers are uncomfortable but who intends to sit that long on one? This one works just fine for when you have the need to sit down. I got this one because going out in public, then trying to find a place to sit is almost impossible, so I got this walker and I’m glad I did.

This rollator works quite well. Sometimes the front wheel has a mind of its own when turning but straightens out quickly. I would not recommend to someone who has a lot of trouble with balance, too lightweight, Will tip sideways quite easily. I bought it because it is lightweight, compact, easy totake in and out of house and car. It opens and closes quite easily. I haven’t used it outside yet but it does well inside. If you have narrow doorways from room to room, you won’t like it (almost 26” at widest points). The seat is not deep at all, only 10”, but 19” wide at widest point (basically triangular in shape). I don’t sit on it but do use it to carry some things (not liquids). It’s good for putting cell phone or iPad on when you walk around. I feel I am walking more because I have it to use. I had help putting it together. Comes basically in one piece but still needs to be assembled. All in all, I am not disappointed with it, it is serving its purpose, cute too.

The Best But Not For The Heavy Set
I had no trouble putting this together and the pictures on the manual really helped. I am over eighty and it was easy. but I will get someone strong to continue tightening the fasteners. for security. It is the most wonderful walker anyone could have. I have tried the other kind and this one is absolutely tops. What I really like about it is that I do not have to lock it open but can fold it more together and then get through smaller spaces than the 26 inches when moving around the house. But one must NOT sit on it open. I am a size 14 to 16 woman and it is a squeeze to sit on the seat. So no plumpies ought to use that feature. I adore this thing!!!
