Almost 4 stars. It’s comfortable, and it fits great. My greatest complaints are: the battery I feel should be underneath the wheelchair to avoid rain damage, the wheelchair will not fold up for transportation if the battery is attached, so I have to remove it, reattach it constantly. And it’s a heavy battery. So it’s very inconvenient for a handicapped/disabled person.The manual has no instructions on dissembly/ transportation. Nor does it inform you of what the pain for the tire pressure is so future maintenance on the tires will be inconvenient. I took it for a test drive, it doesn’t like turning and kept locking? Maybe it’s cause it’s a day old. But overall it’s decent quality for the price .

The customer service has been very good… They responded to my request for help pretty quickly, I was initially told they would replace the battery. I received a message this morning that they would just replace the charging cord.UPDATE: customer service is great. My initial request was to return the chair, but after several emails, we agreed upon a partial refund so I could get a new battery.In summary, customer service was excellent. Their response time was rapid, the representatives were extremely courteous and they worked to find a mutually agreeable outcome.The chair itself does as advertised.. I can transport over rugged terrain, which is important to me. I am a school teacher and this thing can go over typical elementary school terrain (it can be tough at times).One thing…I did wish for it to turn corners more easily. It slows way down when I change directions,which can be inconvenient but then again…. Safety!

Very good chair for those that want it for transportation, but not useful for stroke victim because the joystick wondon”t fold to the side making it impossible to use in the dining room and the foot rests don’t fold to the sides making impossible to transfer in the bathroom. I have requested a return only because of the above items. T he chair is a really good buy for those that are not in need of a full time wheel chair. Will update this when I Hear back from the company with return instruction;

I like it, easy to fold it up, good to go out of the box (tho it needed a few hours of charging, to get up to full power), seems to hold a charge well. I’m a big fella, and this thing moves me about with no issues, it’s quick too, but slows way down when turning. The seller was a pleasure to deal with! I would definitely recommend it.
