I just the item together yesterday. The first thing I noticed is that there we no instructions whatsoever. Since I am mechanically inclined, I was able to put it together within 15 minutes. Once all together, I started to tighten the height of the hand pedals and without putting much torque into the hand bolt, I notice a slight cracking noise as if the weld just got undone from the frame. The craftsmanship is way below standard and it seems like this item will not last. The grip slides side to side when using them and can really be irritating while working out. Secondly, another very irritating defect is that the equipment does not sit level onto the ground so during use, the item will wobble during the pedal exercise. For the price I paid $40, I really think that this item should be no more than $20 for it’s low quality and low craftmanship; I do not recommend anyone purchasing this item.Update: My elderly mom used the item for about 10mins and she ended up cutting her hand on the handle. Apparently, the manufacturer used a very cheap razor thin washer at end to prevent the grip from coming out. Well, this is very dangerous!

When we recieved the package it looked like it had been through a war. Then when we went to put it together, there was no instructions what so ever. We had to look at the photo on Galenus Medical to figure it out. Almost scared to use it.
