This was a great purchase. My mother loved the chair. It actually makes it through the doorways in her home without touching the frame of doors. Very easy to assemble and operate.

UPDATE:I used the chair at Walmart for the first time last week. We had parked our RV at the edge of the lot, so it was a hike just to get to the store. Usually, I have a hard time walking to the back of the store from a handicap parking space, much less across the lot. The chair made the it easy (once I remembered I could change speed)!At the campground, I decided to try walking our dogs using the chair. Again, it was easy. The chair handled the bare ground almost as well as the pavement. (It didn’t like holes.) Even our 50-75 pound dog couldn’t pull it or me off track.This chair is a game changer for me. I may not like the state my body is in, but this is giving me part of my life back!MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:Arrived today, pretty much already assembled and ready to go. Seems to be everything advertised.The chair was packed well in the folded position. I had to use the manual to unfold it and set it up. There were 2 issues with the manual. 1) The font is so small it’s very hard for old eyes to read. 2) The section about setting up the batteries is wrong. I followed what it said and failed to properly connect the batteries. I put it on the charger for a couple of hours before figuring out it wasn’t charging. I traced the wiring and discovered the problem. The manual did have a contact number and QR code. The QR led me to a brief setup video. The video did show the correct step to connect the battery. After connecting as shown in the video, the batteries and charger behaved as expected.I sent a text to the phone listed in the manual for support. I wanted them to know the manual had a problem. The support guy responded very quickly. He pointed out that the box had a sticker on it with a picture showing how to connect the batteries. Unfortunately, who pays that much attention to the stuff on the shipping box? By the time I set up the chair, the box was already in the recycling pile. BUT… at least they had tried without having to open probably hundreds of cartons to replace the manual.The support guy was great! He responded quickly, explained what I needed to know, and answered a couple of other questions I didn’t even know I had. All-in-all, he handled my issue very well.I can’t speak to the long term quality of the product, but I’m much more confident I’ll get any and all the help I might need. I’d have no problem ordering from this seller again.

This chair was not suitable for me. I have ms and not functioning on my Rt side. Tech help with a quick response (a hour or so)for adjustment I needed. For the price it will be perfect for a person without my limitations. Tech support, if needed is there for you! Takes practice to adapt to quick response joy stick, recommend getting additional seat padding. Manual brakes work similar to reg chair, charging also similar to other electric chairs, quick and easy. Honestly it would be a good purchase for someone with even mobility and weighs less than myself (165). Operates very quietly! Stronger person(s) needed to place in vehicle. Stores under my table when folded!

I bought this for my husband. When I received the chair I was very pleased with how sturdy the chair is. Seems very well constructed and am excited to get out and do things we haven’t been able to do. Great value for the money.

I receive my motorized wheelchair. It was already charged when I received it. I was it was easy to put together. I love the way to arms go up. You can get out of your bed straight onto the wheelchair and that works on both sides the arms go up. It’s totally awesome. I use it to go to an event called the river of lights. There were some parts on the trail that were uneven some concrete some gravel. I had no problem even on the part that was uneven it automatically break, and when I push the lever to go forward, only one wheel spun to keep it from going falling over, it was totally awesome and it realign me back on the flat service worked great on concrete asphalt either way it was awesome. I really enjoy it works fine. I really recommend it if you need it to be Mobile it really helps.It’s awesome. I really recommend it one. Happy customer.
