When a throw pillow or sofa backrest pillow isn’t enough this on will do. Being adjustable is great for us all. My wife is 100lbs lighter than I and my kids are 9 and 4 so we need to be able to adjust the pillow to fit the user. The adjustments between the wedge and backrest was the game changer. It allows the more angle adjustments than the flip adjust or combine adjust pillows. The firmness is just right, middle of too much and not enough support. It’s a bit pricey, but I did buy 3 other pillows (that I am tossing out) before this 1.

These are okay. Back rest shoukd be angled more IMO. Neck support needs longer velcro tabs to secure it.
