I have only used it once so far and it worked great!I love that it fits in the trunk of my car. Not too bulky and not hard to open or close it up. My sister broke her knees so I am actually buying a second one.

The product is sturdy, well constructed, well designed… just not for us.It collapses and loads like a dream. It’s got a terrific ride and is compact enough to fit down any aisle or corridor.I am 5’9″ and my daughter is 5’5″. When she’s in the stroller, I have to stoop uncomfortably to reach the handles, and her spinal surgery means she leans aggressively into the handle location, so my hands press into her back or her back obstructs my access to the handles and the brakes.I took my daughter to three locations today: ice cream store, bookstore, hot air balloon festival, and as much as I wanted to keep it, this product us not for us.I love everything else about this product, except the fit.

This chair a game changer. I couldn’t lift the heavy wheelchair but can get my mom out and about with this chair. It’s light and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This chair does everything it says it can do. The quality is excellent. But it is small. I bought this for a small man who weighs 120lbs and it’s almost too small for him. If you’re buying it for a small person, 5 stars for sure!!

I bought this to take my 87yo mother on a trip to Alaska. Extremely portable, lightweight, collapses fairly small. It doesn’t really lock in the closed position so I used a bungee cord wrapped around it to keep it shut.Instructions provided by the company were virtually useless, but we figured things out.We used the arms of the wheel chair to hang bags from, so I could push my mom with one hand , hang the carry-ons from the arms, and use my other hand for the luggage. (It was slow going but I managed). We checked the wheelchair at the gate of our flight.Due to the nature of Alaska travel, I did have to take this over some gravel pathways, which it’s really not designed for at all, and that was a struggle, but that’s on me, not the product itself. Overall it handled some tough situations.For the price and the portability this is a very useful wheelchair! I would recommend it.

I got this chair for my mom. I was skeptical at first and view many similar models. What help me made a decision was the easy opening and closing features video. My mom loves the chair ride. I got on it myself and its pretty smooth. Its funny but we were giving each other a ride around the house. This chair is strong and sturdy. Great quality. The only improvement that I suggest is to make the back higher. I planning to make a small pillow so my mom can have a head rest. But, that should not be a deterrent. It’s also a personal preference. I can wait to take it on my next airplane trip.

The only issue I had was my husband found the seat uncomfortable and the area to insert hands to push chair was awkward. Needs to be a little higher on the chair back and configured a little differently for ease of use. Otherwise was great!

I really like the chair I purchased for my mother. But there have been numerous times, it seems like you are going to break it when you try and get it to fold up.I hope they fix this in future versions!
